Period: 10 months lasting project, starting in JANUARY 2021.
Field of action: people with disabilities.
Hosting organisation: Associació Alba (Tàrrega – Catalunya, España); working on international mobility programmes since 1997 and hosting around 10 volunteers/year.
Description of the organisation: the association’s goal is to provide educational and social care to people with disabilities in order for them to become more autonomous and facilitate their inclusion in the local community. To reach this goal, Associació Alba offers different services: occupational therapy, a special education school, leisure activities, a sports club and assisted living residences.
Volunteer profile: volunteers support our skilled professionals in the different services and activities, always under their guidance. There is also the option of creating and developing a personal project depending on the interests of each volunteer. This is why we are looking for a flexible, highly motivated, open-minded and energetic person willing to live an incredible experience in the heart of Catalunya, Spain.

We are looking for a FEMALE volunteer from Spain or Italy to join our other 5 lovely volunteers!!!
We need your help to support our projects that focus on children and third-country nationals, responding to the refugee crisis that still affects Europe.
The volunteer will be engaged in our Youth Support Centers, at the Social Service for the Support of Vulnerable Groups and at the Shelters of Unaccompanied Minors.
Arsis holds more than 220 places for Unaccompanied Minors in 7 different facilities and supports 2000 people in need per year. Are you up for the challenge?
